Loved this episode, being spirited away to beautiful south west England. Your story telling is fascinating. The music soothing. Can't wait to read Villager! Happy New Year and many thanks~
I enjoyed this very much: great mix of subjects and music and it was lovely to hear Little Meg, which reminded me to buy the album. Whilst we’re with albums, thanks for introducing me to Stick in the Wheel, who I saw a couple of weeks ago at Rough Trade. ‘Robot’ live is thrilling. Looking forward to the next podcast. My manikin Glendora, rescued many years ago from a skip in Sidcup, does an excellent job of scaring anyone coming in to my flat.
My music tastes go more folkward as winter draws in and I get out the fairisle! I completely understand your seasonal shifts in music. Summer to me is 60s and 70s. Spring can be more experimental, musically.
So glad to hear you enjoyed RJ! I am evangelical about getting Will's music further out into the world.
You never disappoint - thank you for existing. Well, thank your folks for you existing, too.
This mix of storytelling of you seeing the wire man, chatting on music, music, and discussing books you love is magical.
Thank you, Deborah!
I dictated my comment. Correction: seeking the wire man.
Really enjoyed this and, that bit of RJ McKendrie you played... wow! Think I’ve just found a new music love

Very enjoyable. I grew up in west Cornwall - Penzance and Helston - and grew up with tales of capricious piskies and the antics of Joan the Wad. :)
